Every bespoke piece begins with raw materials and a vision. For this design, we started with a bar of yellow gold, a hand-crafted claw setting, and a beautiful oval diamond chosen for its brilliance and balance. Before any work began, we carefully measured and marked the gold to ensure perfect proportions between the band and the setting. Each component was checked for symmetry and alignment, laying the foundation for a ring that would not only showcase the diamond but also feel beautifully balanced on the hand.
Once the gold band was shaped and prepared, the next step was to join the setting. Using precise soldering techniques, we carefully attached the claw mount to the band, ensuring a strong, clean join that would provide lasting durability. The ring was then refined and adjusted, with each claw positioned to hold the diamond securely while allowing maximum light to reach the stone. Throughout this process, accuracy and craftsmanship were key — every detail contributing to the ring’s final elegance.
With the structure complete, the diamond was expertly set into its claws, secured and aligned to capture the perfect angle of light. The entire ring was then polished to a high shine, revealing the warmth of the yellow gold and the brilliance of the diamond.
